Returns & Exchanges
Please follow the simple instructions located on the back of your Keds order invoice. We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through Keds.eu and that meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise was purchased from Keds. We cannot accept returns that were purchased from another store or website. If you need to return an item that was not purchased at Keds, please contact the retailer from which you made the purchase.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Keds.eu reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside Keds box and outside delivery package, if in suitable condition) with the completed packing slip found on the back of the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice.
- Credit for the cost of the returned merchandise and original delivery charges will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. Please follow the return procedures to return Keds merchandise and place a new order for the replacement merchandise.
For wrong item(s) shipped
If we made an error on your order, we will gladly reimburse you for your reasonable return ground delivery charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Delivery reimbursement and a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your statement within the next 1 - 2 billing cycles.
